What is YOGA FLOW training?

An invitation to rest and relaxation, YOGA FLOW draws from the very principles of Yoga. In a calm environment, participants improve their muscle tone, flexibility and balance at their own pace.

How does YOGA FLOW training work?

YOGA FLOW invites you to discover the benefits of deep relaxation through a series of warm-up exercises, followed by Yoga poses and stretches. This practice is organized around appeasing and relaxing breathing exercises and a guided meditation period.

Is YOGA FLOW, training right for me?

Accessible and balanced, this  class suits everybody. Beginners will learn breathing through the safe and progressive practice of basic yoga poses, whereas the more advanced participants will take advantage of a complete, but less demanding class.
