What is POWER YOGA training?

Combining mind & body wellness, POWER YOGA uses Yoga techniques in a more dynamic context. Poses are maintained longer and combined in sequences allowing improving muscular tonus and flexibility all the while exploring breathing.

How does POWER YOGA training work?

POWER YOGA is a more demanding practice led through controlled breathing. To create a calming environment, the class starts with a short relaxation and warm up period. A Sun Salutation sequence will ensue, followed by more dynamic sequences, static and balancing poses. A short meditation and profound relaxation will complete the class enabling the harmonization of mind & body.

Is POWER YOGA training right for me?

POWER YOGA is perfect for those who wish to regain calm, strength and flexibility. Fitness level is not an issue as the instructor will offer several options making beginners feel more confident and allowing advanced participants face new challenges.

What are the benefits?

POWER YOGA will help tone muscles in respect to the participant's limitations. Improving muscular endurance, flexibility and balance, the regular practice of Yoga also improves concentration, and through deep, healing breathing, helps calming down mental fluctuations.
