What is ZUMBA training?

ZUMBA is a high-energy workout combining Latino dancing - salsa, merengue, reggaeton and cumbia- to the simple moves of an aerobics class. Are you in a party mood?

How does ZUMBA training work?

Set to latino music, ZUMBA will get your groove going to the rhythm of a simple and easy to reproduce choreography. A warm-up period of 5 to 10 minutes will ensure you are ready to party! Escape to the sounds of merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, bachata and other styles such as Bollywood, belly dancing, soca, samba, cha-cha and African dances. A little something for everyone, you will be burning off those calories without even noticing. At the end of the class, one or two songs will allow you to cool down.

Is ZUMBA training right for me?

There is no need to be a dancer to join a ZUMBA class! If you like dancing in an electrifying atmosphere, this workout is for you! ZUMBA is an easy-to-follow workout that can easily be adapted to your fitness level.
