Set to a dynamic play list, and led by a motivating instructor, TAE BOXE is an extremely demanding and liberating workout with moves drawn from martial arts and boxing. You will burn tons of calories by completing series of movements involving both your upper and lower body.
The initial warm-up sequence will prepare you for combat: the intensity of the workout, rising through a series of choreographed moves inspired by martial art and boxing, will lead you right to the final combat. The battle ends with a short recovery period followed with some stretches.
Whether you are a white or black belt, or maybe you never practised martial art, TAE BOXE will adapt to your fitness level. The instructor will prepare you for combat.
Additionally to improving your cardiovascular capacity, and toning the muscles used when punching, TAE BOXE will improve your coordination, your balance and agility. You will burn a maximum amount of calories, thanks to this high-intensity workout.
