WHAT IS A TABATA WORKOUT?

TABATA is an express workout created by Professor Izumi Tabata, from which it takes its name. It consists in alternating 20 seconds of maximum effort to 10 seconds of recovery, for 4 minutes. 

How does TABATA work?

A TABATA workout is a series of several TABATAs followed by short stretching periods. It lasts a total of 30 minutes, during which you will surpass yourself and have loads of fun!

The TABATA instructor circulates in the room in order to have interactions with the participants. It allows the participants to progress from one class to another. Considering this, the classes are exclusively taught in the gym. 

Is TABATA for me?

Because you manage your own intensity according to your ability and you can choose among several options of the same exercise, TABATA is for everyone!  It is up to you to become a better version of yourself!

What are the benefits?

Because the goal is to give it your all for a short period of time, TABATA promotes the afterburner effect, which increases the metabolism and burns more calories even at rest.  You will, without a doubt, get more results with a TABATA than with a long boring session on any cardio machine.
