I’m a businesswoman and Énergie Cardio franchisee. I’ve been a fitness buff for as long as I can remember. For more than twenty years, I’ve been a manager, speaker, kinesiologist, entrepreneur, and group course instructor. I’m at my gym every week and am involved in every department. I chose to buy a “pour Elle” centre because of its warm atmosphere and incredible team. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed working out with only women. The clients were friendly, energetic, and very respectful. I consider myself very lucky to own a business that I love and can put my heart and soul into. The success of a gym like this one depends on its team members; they need to share your passion and motivation to offer their members a welcoming environment where the communal spirit between women is at its strongest.

I love going to bed at night knowing that women are taking care of themselves and getting in shape with my business’s help.
